Shipping and receiving bikes: 
We ship and receive over 100 bikes a year from all over the world.
We ship and receive through all major carriers.

Please call ahead to notify us.
Boxes should be marked "Do Not Assemble" or  "Please Assemble,"
depending on your preference.
Check with your carrier to be certain your bike will arrive
at least one week before you will come to pick it up.
The cost is $50 for assembly.

If you choose to assemble your own bikes there is a $10 service charge.
We will be happy to lend you a wrench or answer a question to help you
get your machine up and ready for the road.
The Shop 

We have a full well equipped shop on site where we will repair,
assemble, or service your bike quickly.
Book your service appointment ahead of time 
If you would like to have your bike tuned up - or any other maintenance or 
repair service performed on your bike - without having to wait and miss 
riding for a short period of time, we recommend booking your appointment 
ahead of time.


How a service appointment works:

Visit or call and our staff will work with you to schedule an appointment 
on a day that is most convenient for you.

Due to high workload during the summer, we will be scheduling appointments
up to 1-2 weeks ahead of time.

When your service appointment comes up just drop off your bike at our store.

If you drop off your bike in the morning (before 10 am) or the night before,
we guarantee that your bike will be ready by the end of the day. so that you 
won't have to miss a day in the saddle.
