Directions:
From the North: Cross the big bridge across the Columbia. It is legal to ride on the shoulder, and you will get see a great view of the river. Once you are on the Oregon side turn Left. You are on Marine Drive. Follow the flow of traffic which curves onto Commercial Street. Follow Commercial to the light on 11th Street. Turn Left again. We are at the end of the block on the left, next to the Astoria Coffee House.
From the East: You will come into town on on Highway 30. Highway 30 becomes Marine Drive in the City of Astoria. Just keep going until you come to the corner of 11th. We are on the Left, diagonally across the street from the Columbain Theater and the Columbian Cafe.
From the South: Cross the Young's Bay Bridge from Warrenton. You will go through a small traffic circle. You will see the big green bridge over the Columbia River. Head in that direction. You are on Marine Drive. Pass the ramp to the big bridge.
Follow the flow of traffic to the flashing light at the Post Office. You will be on Commercial Street. Follow Commercial to the light on 11th Street. Turn Left again. We are at the end of the block on the left, next to the coffee house.
From the West: You could only have come by boat. Congratulations getting over the notorious Columbia River Bar. Check the link to the Port of Astoria for places to tie up:

We are a full-service bike shop on the upper left hand corner of Oregon, where the Columbia River meets the Pacific. Tour cyclists always welcome. We'll put your bike on the stand and get you on your way ASAP, and we'll tell you where to get a good meal in town or where to camp nearby.
We receive and assemble bikes shipped via all major carriers. We also pack and ship, using national carriers. See page Shipping Your Bike for information. |
